The palate mounts a rich attack with bountiful fruits and spice. It finishes on candied and fresh mineral notes. It can be paired with charcuterie, charcoaled meat, cow’s milk cheese and poultry. This has a fragrant bouquet of finely delineated raspberry, bergamot and light rose petal scents. Raspberry and crushed strawberry fruit frame the medium-bodied palate, with a slightly chalky tannic structure and a fresh, quite detailed finish.
